CONSULTATION
The first step on the way to your hairsystem is a consultation appointment at Heydecke in Hamburg. Whether online or on site – we analyse your hair situation, talk about your daily routine and the requirements you have on a hair piece. We then determine which hey2go hair piece is the right one for you.

CHOOSING A HAIRSYSTEM
In order to find the right Heydecke hairsystem, we take a close look at your hair colour, density and structure. The base and attachment method also play a role. Based on our consultation, you decide on a hey2go instant programme or, alternatively, a hey custom-made.

3.
FITTING OF THE HAIR PIECE
Firstly, we determine the size of the hair piece by taking a mould of your head. We use this mould as a template for shaving the tonsure. We ensure that you keep as much hair as possible. After preparing your scalp and the hairsystem, your hey2go is cut to your size and then securely attached.

HAIRCUT AND STYLING
The day has come – you’re getting your desired hairstyle! You’re in good hands with our stylists as they can implement current on-trend hairstyles accurately. Drawing on our vast experience and showing empathy, we also advise you on a style that suits you. The hair piece and your own hair blend into each other perfectly thanks to the professional cut.

TRAINING ON YOUR HAIRSYSTEM
Your stylist trains you on how to handle your hairsystem so you can benefit from it for a long time. This allows you to change, maintain and clean your hairsystem at home so that you won’t have to visit us in Hamburg on a regular basis. But, of course, you can do so anyway! Many customers like to book services at our studio.
